These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by MYEDU OÜ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in our dance classes, using our website, or engaging with our services, you ("Student," "Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all students, parents/guardians of minor students, and visitors to our facilities.

MYEDU OÜ offers various dance education services including but not limited to:

- Contemporary dance instruction

4. Registration and Enrollment
4.1 Registration Requirements
To enroll in our programs, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Meet any age or skill requirements for specific programs
- Complete health and liability forms as required
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- Provide emergency contact information
4.2 Minor Students
For students under 18 years of age:
- A parent or legal guardian must complete registration
- Parental consent is required for all activities
- Emergency contact information must be current

4.3 Trial Classes
We offer trial classes subject to availability. Trial class policies:
- One free trial class per person per program type
- Trial classes must be pre-booked
- 24-hour cancellation notice required

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees and Pricing
Course fees are as published on our website and promotional materials. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Methods

- Cash payments (in-person only)
- Payment plans (where available)
5.3 Payment Schedule
- Monthly programs: Payment due before the first class of each month
- Course packages: Full payment due before course commencement
- Private lessons: Payment due at time of booking or session
- Late payments may result in class suspension
5.4 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to the following policy:
- Full refund: Cancellation at least 7 days before program start
- 50% refund: Cancellation within 7 days of program start
- No refund: Cancellation after program commencement
- Medical cancellations: Considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation
- Refunds processed within 14 business days
6. Class Policies
6.1 Attendance
- Regular attendance is encouraged for optimal learning
- Missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred to other students
- Make-up classes may be available subject to space and instructor availability
- Consistent absence may result in removal from the program
6.2 Punctuality
- Students should arrive 10-15 minutes before class time
- Late arrivals may be refused entry to maintain class safety and flow
- Repeated lateness may result in program removal
6.3 Dress Code
- Appropriate dance attire is required for all classes
- Specific dress codes will be communicated for each program type
- Traditional costumes may be required for folk dance performances
- Inappropriate attire may result in class exclusion
7. Health and Safety
7.1 Health Requirements
- Students must be in adequate health to participate in physical activity
- Medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed
- Students participate at their own risk
- We reserve the right to refuse participation for health and safety reasons
7.2 Injury Policy
- Injuries must be reported immediately to instructors
- Basic first aid will be provided as needed
- Serious injuries will result in emergency service contact
- Students participate at their own risk
7.3 Insurance
Students are advised to maintain personal health insurance. MYEDU OÜ carries general liability insurance but recommends students secure additional coverage as appropriate.
8. Conduct and Behavior
8.1 Expected Behavior
All students are expected to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
- Follow facility rules and safety guidelines
- Maintain appropriate language and behavior
- Respect cultural traditions and teaching methods
- Care for facility property and equipment
8.2 Prohibited Behavior
- Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
- Use of alcohol or illegal substances
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Damage to property or equipment
8.3 Disciplinary Action
Violations may result in:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Temporary suspension from classes
- Permanent removal from programs without refund
- Legal action if warranted
9. Intellectual Property
- All choreography, teaching methods, and materials are proprietary to MYEDU OÜ
- Students may not record, photograph, or reproduce instruction without permission
- Cultural dance forms are taught with respect to their traditional origins
- Any performances or competitions require prior written consent
10. Privacy and Photography
- We may photograph or video classes for promotional purposes
- Students will be notified of recording activities
- Students may opt out of promotional materials
- All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
11. Cancellations and Schedule Changes
11.1 Company-Initiated Changes
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to circumstances beyond our control
- Students will be notified as soon as possible
- Make-up classes or prorated refunds will be provided
- Weather-related cancellations follow local emergency guidelines
11.2 Student-Initiated Changes
- Class changes subject to availability and approval
- Transfer fees may apply
- Schedule changes must be requested in writing
- No guarantee of preferred class placement
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Students participate in dance activities at their own risk
- MYEDU OÜ is not liable for injuries sustained during participation
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage
- Students are responsible for their own insurance coverage
13. Force Majeure
MYEDU OÜ is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations or orders
- Public health emergencies
- Facility unavailability
- Instructor illness or unavailability
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes will be resolved through Estonian courts or alternative dispute resolution methods as appropriate.
15. Modifications to Terms
MYEDU OÜ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be:
- Posted on our website
- Communicated to current students via email
- Effective 30 days after notification
- Binding upon continued use of services
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
